We are thrilled to announce the upcoming construction of a brand-new community dedicated to enhancing the lives of seniors—Sycamore Lodge Senior Living and Woodland Residences, an independent community. This exciting new project is designed to provide a comfortable, modern, and supportive living environment, offering both assistance when needed and separate independent living. The assisted living facility will provide a home like environment and accommodate 20 residents who are of advanced age or those who require additional living assistance.  The assisted living facility will consist of 20 individual bedrooms with an attached half bathroom, two living rooms, two showers (one to include a soaking tub). Each room will be furnished with a twin bed, nightstand and a dresser. Linens, blankets, wash clothes and towels will be provided. Rates are determined by the level of care needed. Woodland residences will be zero entry duplexes available to rent for individuals who are independent, no staff services or cares are included. Each duplex will have a 16’x23’ garage, living room, kitchen with pantry, master bedroom with master bathroom, a walk in closet, laundry room, spare bedroom/office, and an additional full bathroom. A refrigerator and microwave will be included in the monthly rent. A laundry room is provided but the equipment will be furnished by the tenant.
